From admin console users:

• Name, email, login credentials

2. How We Use Your Data

• Manage daily salesman agendas, visit tracking, and order recording
• Process and track payments between dealers and Novara
• Generate invoices and maintain inventory records
• Send WhatsApp notifications, reminders, and order confirmations
• Produce internal reports for business operations

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure cloud servers (Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure). Access is restricted to authorized Novara personnel only. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission. WhatsApp messages are processed through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Data is shared only with:

• Meta (WhatsApp): Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed through Meta's infrastructure per their terms of service.
• Payment processors: When payment links are generated, transaction data is shared with the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) solely for processing that transaction.
• Cloud service providers: Our hosting and storage providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain business data (orders, invoices, payments) for as long as required by applicable Indian tax and accounting laws (minimum 8 years for financial records). Operational data such as visit logs and WhatsApp messages are retained for the duration of the business relationship and deleted within 12 months after it ends.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
